Do Telecom intentionally screw up provisioning? I'm really beginning to wonder, because this is not the first time this has happened for me.
I finally managed to convince my boss to move away from the telco giant, in favour of a better deal from another ISP.
It would appear that the provisioning was complete (yeah, right) late yesterday afternoon. So this morning, ADSL signal is up, but authentication is a no go.
Is it too much to ask that provisoning changes be done right the first time?
Ughhh... does anyone else feel my pain?
