Hi lads, signed up to Explorer package from Telecom with free self-install kit, was just wondering how long it takes for them to send it out as have been waiting for a while now

which modem did you order?   I think all models are in stock at the moment anyway.  might be worth giving 123 a call to find out.

Modem I ordered on Sunday arrived yesterday (Wednesday).  Impressed considering they said 3-5 working days.

hi, no worries - actually got delivered in two or three days but the council has been messing with addresses down this street. not telecoms bad.
