just wondering about that cap at the end of the usage meter. Is it a buffer before you start to pay additional charges per mb. Or am I mistaken?  Im on the pro plan

You automatically pay $0.02/MB after your allowance. There is no allowance "buffer".

So what is that cap on the end of the usage meter?

That means nothing (if I remember from early Xtra experience from 2006)

The "cap" on the horizontal meter just gets bigger as you use up over the allowance...

The usage meter splits in to two parts, one blue (your included usage) and then red for any overage once you go over your cap.
