Why am I suddenly being harassed with this Spark message? I suspect that the process is not for my benefit.

Its to set it up so that when you click a link on a website that it will open xtramail and not that crap mail app on windows that noone ever sets up meaning fewer complaints that people click links on lazy websites and cant send them emails.
