light on modem changes from green to red

 

happened twice now - it rights itself after a reboot

I don't understand what needs to be done on the provisioning end, but my connection is brand new and maybe it's also an "anonymous profile"?!

can send logs if it helps, maybe it's this modem........hmmm, i never heard of this brand before, dodgy

@trak Are you connected to the Chours network? Over the weekend and tonight Monday 8/11 they have planned work early hours doing upgrades

My Guess is an ONT upgrade gone wrong
