Wife purchased some prepay credit for her phone online, the txt arrived with the code. She then accidentally deleted the message a few days later before activating it.
I have called Telecom and the guy said yup not a problem, heres the code. Weve since tried the code and it dosent work.

Just want to confirm that the code can be recovered and that the guy wasnt just giving me random information.....

I have had problems in the past buying codes online when the email never arrived/was spam blocked somewhere and they have always been able to trace it via my phone number.
