When I dial *333 from xt network and select to hear about text or broadband plans it says press # at any time to skip to the next plan then instead of giving a description of the plans says goodbye and hangs up. Is everyone else getting the same or is this an issue with my phone?

i get "im sorry you seem to have pressed the wrong number have another go" ... didn't know that # was supposed to fast forward.
