hello .. ive just got the software for my new fone and loaded it on but whenever i try and connect it just keeps saying that it is disconected... can some one plz help me out...

You have to ensure the phone is in the correct mode before it will connect, I believe you press menu 6 then 8 but I could be wrong.

well ive installed the drive on the cd . right. and when i go to data sync on my phone and click on the okta mondo pc sync programe on my pc it keeps saying that my phone is disconnected. can you please help me i have no idea what to do.....
