Does anyone know if the Sierra 580 Aircard offered by Telecom is compatible with a Mac running OSX.

The local Telecom shop dont know.

I am looking for a mobile card for a Powerbook - I understand the Vodafone one will work, but coverage is no good where I live.

Should work fine I have done some little Mac work and never had issues.

Call Telecom and ask to be put through to Complex Technical Support.

They'll sort you out - they have a guide pretty close to the one on the Sierra website which will help.

CTS don't support Macs with mobile broadband data card. Telecom dealers who sell Aircards to Mac users normally put them in touch with MagnumMac or another Mac specialist.
