Can anyone help with the settings to get a Nokia phone to access Telecom Managed Mail, using Mail for Exchange.
Client has gen-i managed exchange service. Exchange service address is either
tasbe118.advancedsolutions.co.nz or mailserver.managedmail.co.nz, I can't seem to get the users user name and password to authenticate with either server address. Though i can access via the webmail, so the name and password work.
Cheers all.

Hi Just wondering if you have added the customers domain to the set up in this case it could be "solutions" or what ever they have been told that it would be and it will also need to be an SSL connection for the authentication.

Try the following ... it may work ... not sure what options you have on the nokia

Microsoft Exchange Server: tasbe118
- connect to my exchange mailbox using http
- Proxy Server URL: mailserver.managedmail.co.nz
- Authentication Type: Basic

Current Phone:

- Win Phone 8: Samsung ATIV S (XT)

Current Tablet:

- Acer Iconia 7" Android Tablet
