Oh, and a phone being "LTE compatible" doesn't mean the network is launching it NOW. It only means users can have the peace of mind knowing WHEN it happens their shiny new smartphone will be there for them.
But the average buyer won't necessarily know this. They will see "4G LTE compatible" and think they are buying a phone that will give them 4G service when they receive it.
I have no issue with the statement there if Telecom are ready to launch 4G; or if not that they clarify "4G not yet available on our network".
