Vodafone did have MMC included in a plan a few years ago but don't believe there is a plan that includes them anymore.

I send any photos that I need to send via the likes of Viber or Whatsapp, this works well over seas as well if you have wifi available to you or good local data plans.

I have had experience when sending MMS international they don't always get there, when living in the UK and traveling Europe I could MMS for no extra cost on my plan but people said they did not get my messages so I just sent MMS email's to people instead.
