Presumably referring to the GT-i9506 (the original release S4 LTE was i9505, and is Cat3 - 100/50) is Cat4, which is 150/50, as is the Note3 and Xperia Z1 (and maybe a few others). Not aware of any Cat5 (300/75) devices yet...

Telecom does not have an Cat 5 capable devices at this time, mostly because our 4G only goes to Cat 4 at this stage. And yes this is correct the S4+ is cat 4 capable where the S4 is only Cat 3 capable.
