Hi Surfsup, can throttle your line less forgivingly if you want .... ;)

This is the first time I've seen anyone complain about not being throttled. The 'grace' period we have at the end of the billing month is by design. There is nothing flakey about it.

The Tivo situation is completely different, the details of which I will not go into here.

scuwp: Oh well, there goes the only reason to stay with Spark and/or adsl. Mind you I have been told a fix is 'imminent' several times now so will believe it when I see it. My own contacts who I expect should be in a position to know say that they can't fix it, or at least it's not worth the time and money for the remaining small TiVo customer base.



I suggest you find better contacts as it has been fixed in non production. Dave and I should know as we work in that area.
