haha call centres. bummer. Very unfortuanate that this has happen to you and nzbw is right, im sure there are many Telecom people on this site that are helping you out right now.
Although it may not be convinient for you, but dealing with any Telecom Mobile store right from the get go is alot easier than the call centres or door to doors that you may encounter. In doing so you have one name and one face to deal with, and in my experience the after sale service alot of these stores provide is 2nd to none.
Also, Samsung w531s have a 15 digit IMEI on the back and the ESN is in HEX, not DEC (11 digits), but im sure any Telecom Employee would only need the hex as a hex to dec conversion and vice versa is no problem.
Anyway, hopefully you next experience with Telecom is a good one as Im sure we have all had the odd not so good experience there.
