If I change from one rollover plan to another do I keep my rollover minutes?

Just to put in to perspective how good value these new combos are...

I think I know which one I would rather have. I could spend that $9 on something else

Yes you can for all Rollover minutes that are acculumated from today.

From our website:

Rollover Minutes
Included Rollover Minutes are available to use for the full 30 days of your Combo. If you have any unused Rollover Minutes after 30 days they will rollover into your next 30 day Combo provided your Combo auto-renewed at the end of its cycle. If your $16 or $30 Combo failed to auto-renew at the end of its 30 day cycle your Rollover minutes will be frozen. To continue using these activate a new $16 or $30 Rollover Combo. You can keep and use all your Rollover Minutes for 12 months from purchase.

Any Rollover Minutes you may have accumulated before the 4th of June 2014 on a $16 Combo will have no expiry and will be used before any new Rollover minutes. If your $16 Combo fails to auto-renew at the end of its cycle for any reason, or it is cancelled at any stage, you will lose all Rollover minutes you may have accumulated prior to 4th June (they will expire at the expiry date and time of your lapsed or cancelled $16 Combo)

Rollover minutes on the $16 and $30 Combos and Unlimited Minutes on the $40 Combo are for voice calls in NZ to any NZ and Australian standard landlines and mobile networks. Excludes premium rate numbers, other international numbers and satellite phones. Standard person to person calls only. Any non-personal, commercial, business, machine generated or automated use is prohibited.

Thanks for changing this. Was quite annoyed that I lost all my carryover minutes when I didn't top up until 1 hour after my combo expired.

Yes we changed it following similar feedback from other customers. You can now use them for the full 12 months as long as you have an active Rollover Combo - effectively a 12 month grace period.

The skinny one is prepaid, 2degrees is pay monthly? and this has unlimited skinny calling

So, say I'm on a $16 combo at the moment, and want to "bank" some the extra rollover minutes in the $30 combo.

Is it easy enough to simply switch to $30 combo one month, then back to $16 the next?

Do I need to talk to one of your CSRs for this arrangement?

If you switch from the $16 Combo then you will lose any rollover minutes accumulated prior to 4th June.

If you then take the $30 Combo then you will get 300 Rollover minutes valid for 12 months.

You can then switch back to the $16 Combo and those 300 mintes will still be accessible.

To switch you can change Combo through the *888# menu or on the website - no need to call.

i am currently on VF , and like your $15 offer but am slightly confused when you say its ends 30 june, does it mean

- the "signup offer" ends 30 june and there after you pay jus $15 per month,

OR

- the plan itself is $15 till 30 june and after that it goes back to $30

pls clarify,

It is $15 up until the end of June and then reverts back to $30.

If we switch between combos do we still get to keep our rollover minutes accumulated on the previous combo? As much as I love Skinny, the site is always very light on specifics and potential pitfalls.
