Aunt is reporting same issues to me with same router on VDSL. iPad running latest OS constantly dropping the connection, and a Nintendo 3DS not connecting to multiplayer matches.

I'll try update firmware, otherwise looking like passing wifi duties onto another router.

Just as a future reference to others coming along with this problem, as per this thread a fix was suggested:

gedf:
I had the same problem and solved it by turning off the Auto_Login slider on the HG630 wifi connection in each of my ios devices.

I did that some time ago too, for me it basically got rid of the Modem's welcome page, the problem still persisted.

Hey there, same modem here and same issues.  We have an iPhone 4S and an iPad 3 on the network and get periodic WiFi drops.  I have an LG Nexus 4 which also drops now and then but i'm wondering if it's caused by the apple devices as it doesn't happen as often for me.

apple devices sometimes dont play nice with non apple wifi devices. The newer ones are not wifi certified. could try using an airport express to deliver the wifi?
