quebec: So, who makes this decision if a Chorus technician is required to visit or not. If technician visit is not required, I don't see it as a justifiable charge. According to Spark person on the phone, regardless of a technician visit, fees will apply.
They probably wont visit the house, but probably will have to send a technician down to the telephone exchange or roadside cabinet.
