Hi Quebec, it sounds like there is the possibility that your friend has got the wrong end of the stick here.
Do you think its worth you getting them to call Spark while you are around and rechecking the situation?

So, who makes this decision if a Chorus technician is required to visit or not. If technician visit is not required, I don't see it as a justifiable charge.  According to Spark person on the phone, regardless of a technician visit, fees will apply.


They probably wont visit the house, but probably will have to send a technician down to the telephone exchange or roadside cabinet.
