I already gave you instructions how to change it on the S4, and I've given you the settings. Pretty sure you can put those two things together, or if you want step by step instructions Google for S4 apn instructions.

hah no, there is another thread about me trying to find a new phone for my missus within a certain price bracket so ive been looking about, rounded it down to the s4 out of the choices.
