sbiddle: There is an awful lot of hot air, exaggerated claims and to be honest some blatant lies that have come out of Spark in recent months from various across various areas of the business. While the company may have turned around in many ways, there are some areas where things have certainly taken a large step backwards.
I'd sooner the puff piece from Spark than the 1 1/2 hour hold times Vodafone is giving or the lack of being able to walk into a store front to cancel an extra set top box not to mention that we're at the end of 2014 and one still cannot manage all of ones services through a single login on the Vodafone website. I think Spark is well within their rights for a little pat on the back and boasting given that context.
