timbosan: Does this offer apply to existing customers who sign up to a new service?  I have DSL at the moment, and I am due to get UFB next week, so does that make me eligible?

if you are upgrading at the same property from DSL to UFB, then no.  (but you also avoid paying the connection fee too that would apply to a new account)

Not "upgrading" as such, as I am keeping the DSL, so will have both.

Cbfd: Can this be added into the existing time from spark

yes, but I believe you need a valid spark broadband connection for that to continue, so to have both you would need to have a spark and Bigpipe connection at the same time (I think)

Well if I had to list my favourite show on Lightbox it would be 24! If I had to list the one I most want to watch that is new, I'd definitely say Outlanders!

Shaun the Sheep.

When the say Lightbox exclusives they're meaning NZ only I assume? Better Call Saul is available via Netflix

We're quite partial to Vikings. And Moone Boy was an unexpected delight

bigpipe has no contracts.... switch to another no-contract provider, then switch back to get free stuff ;)

just in case anyone is thinking of doing this, here's why you shouldn't do it

a) you'll end up paying new connection fee of $49 with us, and similar amount with other non-contract provider, wiping out the value of the lightbox offer
b) you'll have to live with crummy non-Bigpipe broadband for a period before you come back to the light.
c) it's a hassle, and risks Chorus screw ups (twice!)
d) you wouldn't eligible anyway (there is a minimum stand down period of 6 months between connections to be classed as 'new')
