Have you tried accessing the Skinny mailbox via?? http://support.skinny.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/201
Or is it a Skinny number ported over to Spark so you would use: http://www.spark.co.nz/help/landline/plans-services/callminder-voicemail/

yes it been ported to spark from skinny it only on the fibre landline I done all that yet it don't work I can access it from a pots line just not the fibre landline

Yes... I'm 99.9% sure this is a dial plan issue with 0204 numbers.

Nope I was wrong. It was the Voice interconnect. But it's fixed now.
