yitz: Apparently Spark reset the PPP connection of subscribers who are 'not fully provisioned' every 4 hours or something like that.

Something like that. If the LFC has connected fibre, you are connected to Spark, but we then need to be told by the LFC that they are done, so we can setup your profile on the Spark internal network. Until then resets happen every 4 hours.

cbrpilot: PM me your details Davoid and I can take a look.

We've been having some connection issues that I assumed were our router freezing, but reading this makes me wonder if this could be the cause instead. If I drop you a PM with my details, do you suppose you could check this too?

Thanks,

Mark
