Nice work Bigpipe (or Bagpipe as Mac auto-correct calls you), that is going the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Thanks for the Prezzy card in the mail today too!

 

Edit: Just wanted to point out, in this case the winning provider was a few days late with the port.. I literally ordered ADSL with BigPipe on a Saturday morning and the transition was done later that day, no issues with the billing cycle there!

It's a long store and lots things you guys worked behind. I or we don't know what is the process and why. But if I know it happen like this I would rather than stay remain and do nothing.

From what I can see, Slingshot are the ones who screwed up here by giving you a date more than a month out from what you requested, and that's what screwed up your billing with Bigpipe.

 

I'd be mad with them instead.
