Hmm. Speeds still seem quite variable at peak times, even to local servers on speedtest, which should saturate 100/20 pretty much any time of the day as far as i'm aware. In any case, my connection won't stop dropping every 4 hours, so i'm currently in touch with the spark twitter guys about that

Understood.  Once they fix that issue, please advise if you still have speed issues at peak times.

Of course, they haven't gotten back to me with much more than "reset your ONT!" yet (which I did), so if you have any idea why my connection is dropping every 4 hours like clockwork i'm all ears : - )
