have you looked at the likes of Wireless Nation or Netspeed?

NS definitely offer a 3G package, and are an amazingly Customer focussed operation, try ring/email them and see if they can do a customised 'shared' package for your 7 users and supply the router with your APN settings to make it work your way?

The BoLTE or Wireless Home Broadband product is aimed at the consumer market and not business.

The B315 may not be the best fit device for your requirements either so best to perhaps have a conversation.

Basically they need internet for emails and a VPN back to their office for a custom application.

They have a MFC on site that can FTP or email scanned documents to them have the ethernet requirement.

The B315 would work as long as we can change the APN but these appear to be locked.

If we could buy some unlocked ones it would be worth the try.

You can set the APN to direct if you desire. But you get kicked every 24 hours but you get a real IP.
I'm a fan of.a OpenVPN tunnel. That's been rock solid and reestablished straight away.

Thanks for the help everyone, our customer settled on some ex lease huawei b260a devices.

They do spark 3G very well.

We may need to use an external antenna on one site but we will have to wait and see how reliable.

Could you use a USB dongle with a Mikrotik router? Bonus: you'll have a proper router to terminate VPNs on / debug the remote network with / etc.

That is my plan B - I was wanting an all in one unit if possible.

Using one of the RB411 boards with the Sierra wireless 3G/4G cards gives you a very nice all-in-one solution for less than $500 - really depends how cheap you can get the 3G/4G card... last one I got was about $300.

Otherwise I know Netcomm do some all-in-one 3G/4G things - would you really want to trust them though at a remote site.
