@tripp Why report it via twitter? You should be calling and logging an official fault ticket and requesting that to be escalated to the next level of support and noting down the fault ticket number so you can call for updates!

Because I am not sitting on the help line waiting for a call to be answered and using up my free time to report an issue on there network, I sent them a DM on twitter pointing out an issue that people have put here and I also gave them time and dates.  If the company wants to run twitter/facebook accounts then they must be able to log things on those accounts.

It's a lot easier for me to just send all the info via twitter/facebook messages than waiting on the phone for them.

Also when I have reported faults that way I end up spending an hour going over the same tests I have already done before calling yet companies will not log tickets until you have done them again.

Last time I logged an issue that way they wanted me to drive to a store I purchased the device from across town for them to look at it.  It had to be from the store i purchased it from which was a 40 minute drive as I could not just take it to the albany store.

Not getting any email on my Spark iphone..this has been happening intermittently for a week or two.

When it comes right I get heaps at once.

OOPS I believe my issue maybe more of an icloud.com issue..sorry Spark.

FWIW the issue wasn't present today at the same location I was having trouble at yesterday. Also I was having trouble over both 3G and 4G so not sure if it's part of the same issue presented by others.

KiwiSurfer: Will record date/time/location if it happens again and lodge a fault with Skinny. I assume thats the correct process for Skinny customers?

I've just logged a fault with Skinny (had the issue today in Whakatane). One more report won't hurt :)

Big benefit of this, whatever it is, is that many GZ ads are not loading!  On the other hand, I then wasn't able to log in to GZ to mention this...though a page refresh fixed it.

Like many others, I simply don't have the time to phone Spark, wait ages, and then redo all the things I've tried already.
