@hio77 Sorry, this one completely fell of my radar when some others issues came up (not Spark and completely unrelated).
I'll log a job when I get a chance and PM you the case number since you have kindly offered to follow it up. Probably won't be until next week at this point though.
Thanks
Any updates in this ?
My personal domain users are experiencing issues since I added an SPF record, and also had multiple clients email asking why their domain emails are getting rejected by Spark :(

When they're valid SPF, accepted by everyone else............
So softfail appears to work then ? If so, ****. Might call into work sick for the next year.

Have not heard any updates on this sorry guys.
am not around with my ears to the floor in the right places though unfortunately to give any further updates.

Any comments made are personal opinion and do not reflect directly on the position my current or past employers may have.
What exactly is the problem here, because I think I have the same one. I have what I think is a valid SPF record (v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com -all) but when I sent an email (to someone@blahblahblah.co.nz) I got a bounceback:
"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
blahblahblah@xtra.co.nz
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mx.xtra.co.nz [210.55.143.33]: 550 5.7.1 Message rejected due to SPF policy"
Might I have a problem with my SPF or is it an xtra issue? I guess I don't mind changing to ~all if that helps, but should I have to or is there something else I can do? In the meantime I just resent directly to the xtra email.
