Having a look through what you've just told me and the picture I posted, I realised I could probably have discovered that myself. From now on I'll endeavour to put more effort into these things! :)

16-18mbps sounds great to me. Especially at onle $10 extra a month (Yay flatmates paying their share).

Like Zar said, could you recommend any modems/routers? Would be nice if I could get a modem/router, as I dont currently have a standalone modem.

Hi, as I said in the previous thread the DSE XH9948/9949, TP-Link, Dynalink RTA1025W etal I have found to be good. I recommend you get a modem/router rather than seperate, seperate modems are infact not common, most have routers built in. The above modem/routers can are available with wireless onboard as well.

I'm in a situation where I'm just after a "modem" as I already have a linux box doing firewall and routing, and trying to avoid double-nating. The DYNALINK RTA1320, looks like a goer but says its also a router, I need "half bridge" mode, and has anyone tested this or other ones with ADSL2+ ??
