Well they still haven't called me back which would be very disappointing if my service was still out.

 

Bigpipe's been pretty good for the year or so  I've had it. I chose them because 1) I could use my Asus router instead of the Huawei (so many complex routing rules to try to replicate) and 2) fixed IP. Is there another UFB provider who offers these features and have good customer support?
