Quick question on behalf of mate.

His Business does have static IP from Spark and had recently moved to wireless broadband from them.

Router B315s-607

He is trying to get into router config - no luck.

Windows based Laptop, IE, from LAN via cable - 192.168.1.254 -> use/pass only gives them access to one screen: Huawei Update Configuration with two tick boxes - Auto Update and Agree to Privacy (3 steps there offering.password change, he did not do that)

No any other visible buttons on the screen for config change.

Any advice of how to enable access to config? Is it blocked by Spark?

Just had a look of what CG-NAT is all about. Maybe my friend does not have Static IP and gateway IP is CG-NAT IP.

Wiki: "CG-NAT shifts the NAT function and configuration thereof from the customer premises to the Internet service provider network."

That explains why config screen no longer available from within the LAN, am I right?

Would Business be able to get port forwarding set up for them being done by SPARK?
