No RSP gives a confirmed date for any type of install at the time of ordering simply because it's not possible. The ordering page makes that clear that the date you select is an estimate and it'll be confirmed afterwards.


 


 


For chorus most Rsp are B2B based. So not totally true.

Spark in particular setup appointments upfront. This isn't a I want x y date. It's going to chorus saying what can you offer at this address and surfacing that to the customer.
I expect many other providers have already adopted this into their systems too as it is also where they capture things like fibre in a day, inside out install, intact activation etc.
