Linux:
alykov: I had a problem to connect to the Internet in Italy, but It works now.
you must create a new APN with wapaccess.co.nz to fix that issue.

@alykov You don't need to create a new APN to use data roaming as that APN should be used when in New Zealand the way roaming works you should never have to change any settings / phone setup

I'm in AU at present and I had to change both the internet and MMS APN to get them to work. The default Telecom ones shown above don't work on roaming.

@old3eyes That is to be expected behavior please read my post above again about alias APNs they work on home networks not when roaming
Edit: Even a good chance the vodafone APN will work on Skinny when in New Zealand

Hi all

We fly into Barcelona later this week before driving to France for a few months did anyone have coverage issues in France?

Apparently Skinny/Spark roam on SFR, Free and Orange networks and connect to which ever is strongest

Skinny told me a SIM must be activated before we leave NZ but can top up and buy the roaming pack when we get there. I was going to do that with the BCN free Wi-Fi but it appears the app and web site are zero rated.

Once we arrive in France we'll then switch to Lebara pre paid Mobile SIMs and use the NZ ones in the 2nd SIM Slots for receiving calls and SMS only
