THANK YOU ALL so much , it has been resolved .. 2 new modems later a tech been organized again and thanks to you all it is resolved with manually changing the DNS
Good to see it worked. Strange that the DNS failed to get the values automatically.
8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 (Google) and 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare) are good external servers.
I am sorry Spark troubleshooting is so... lacking.

Wouldn't manually setting the DNS entries to Google etc be bypassing the problem rather than solving it?
Delete cookies?! Are you insane?!

Immediate need is to get back online. Fix the problem... Spark sent out a new router and it didn't work with the automatic configuration - so yes, if you want this fixed then by all means go ahead, call Spark and spend whatever time you want to navigate their failed troubleshoot to start with.
Remember, the community can't really fix the problem on Spark's side but let's hope some Spark person here see this and get to the bottom of it.

I looked at the graphs a couple of hours ago and saw nothing out of the ordinary in terms of traffic, QPS etc for any of our BB DNS. In addition the automated SLA on the servers is still green so I don't think it's something in the network.

Probably not the network but what about the router losing (or not acquiring) the correct DNS settings as it seems to be the case?

You are right BDFL - Memuneh, the most important thing was getting back online first and foremost :-) I am very grateful or I would be sitting her wasting another 2 days or more for Spark. Spark was told of the DNS error but this was ignored. You are all wonderful for responding and it is truly appreciated.
Why does the DNS suddenly go corrupt?
Tell us what DNS was configured on your devices!!
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

is this a Huawel router ? ;p
just kidding just kidding!
from someone who doesn't understand router firmwares, my router sometimes just suddenly goes corrupt - then i need to restart it 3 times. 1st 2 times it won't give me spark UFB, only get internet on 3rd reboot. reproducible everytime (Asus)
The DNS settings were set to auto and before I changed it there was nothing there to see.
After all my Spark interaction the old modem was reset minimum 4 times and the new modem was reset 1 time and the ONT was reset twice.
The 2nd New Modem was not reset as I was over resetting by this stage :-)
OK, if it was a case of the DNS not auto populating you might as well manually just use Spark's DNS addresses
