Works fine for me, this morning I have logged into to my "MyIR" account without any issues

Had a chat with my account manager this morning - IRD have an issue with Spark after some updates recently, and Xero are saying they have authentication instability with IRD as well, so fun tax time today/tomorrow to be had!
Spyware:
myIR appears to have an issue though, i.e., I logged in and it timed out after a little bit of activity, logged back in and has done the same thing.
How many $100M did it cost??
Services experience problems, no matter how much you spend on them. Even the globally resilient ones, just look at Azure's history of outages. It's not an indication of a poor investment. 100% availability is a fallacy.
