I believe regional Gen-i staff recieved Nokia 6120s to begin the wider staff pilot last week, though the 6120 is not going to be a flagship launch handset, so dont worry about that.

Technical customer trial begins 1st April. Spots closed ages ago. I am on it, and cant wait. Its definitley for testers only. I havent seen any paperwork, info, or NDA yet.

Seeding program begins mid May I think, getting handsets out to decision makers and top-dogs at Gen-i business customers - this is six weeks before the Telecom retail public launch.

Thats all I know, and some is third-hand.

Sadly working at Telecom does not automatically mean you get to be a tester as I have found out, but it does greatly increse your odds over Joe Public.
