the Sony w705a looks pretty sweet.

priced at $599 off plan seems very competitive too.

Voda has the 715, which (at a quick glance) looks basically identical, for $799 off plan

Can anyone expalin the differences, if any, between the two?

That's a very good price; Telstra sells the same phone for AU$619 (NZ$800).

I saw one of the Sony Ericssons in action at the weekend - VERY impressive. And I think it was the lesser model. The speed on the internet was impressive. And the video calling wasn't bad either.
