Hmm.. sounds like caching at work! Have you tried forcing a page reload to get the captcha updated?

The username/password is the same one that you use to access Caller Tunes and MMS online gallery from a PC.
So as a workaround you can go there and set it up from there as well (eg. http://mmsgallery.telecom.co.nz or http://telecom.co.nz/callertweb).

bonkiebonks: Where do I get my Telecom account number ? I'm on prepaid.

Prepaid customers do not have a Telecom account number so you are not able to check data usage online using the telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter service

Can they get a Telecom account number and then go on to Onebill??

I believe that Onebill is not available on XT.  Prepaid customer so I am told, however I have not managed to get on to the XT network yet to test this.

You are correct.  Went to the Manukau Telecom store this morning along with the rest of the era.  One bill has gone  from XT so the only option is a plan or prepay.  My wife has decided to leave her fone on the CDMA network until it is closed as it is cheaper for her on Onebill.  My motherinlaws is a tos up.  I suspect that the $20 / month would be about the same as  her current Onebill currently is or  for her to go prepay.. I can see allot of people currently on Onebill being pissed off  in 3 years time when they have to get a new fone  and have to pay $20 extra for a fone that they don't use much..

On the iphone:
Settings>Phone>Telecom NZ Services>Your Telecom 3G

Then you have to register and then you can track your data usage.

PS: This is if you have used the ipcc setup from NZBullet or www.unlockit.com.

Sorry to take so long to get to this post.

From your iPhone or any PDA browse to http://pdaportal.telecom.co.nz

Near the bottom of the screen is "Your Telecom" select this.

Follow the instructions to get a temporary password by selecting the "Send new password"

Then you should be able to see your Voice minutes, SMS, and Data usage.

Or just go to http://yt.telecom.co.nz/mobile but you have to be connected via XT to access this page
