NealR: And what did we learn from this exercise?

That Douchebagz is, well, just is.
That there is no such thing as a free lunch.
That shutting your mouth is often the best course of action.
That legal proceedings have begun, because somebody told me the users real name and Telecom account details are known. *

* this isn't actually the case since Privacy Laws would prevent us disclosing any of our users' information to a third party... But it would be enough to scare the OP.

Seems to be a common FAIL here on Geekzone.

"WOW I'm getting some service for free, let's post incriminating screenshots on Geekzone and tell the whole world"

Hilarity does not insue - cancellation of services insues.

Seriously, if you are onto a good thing, keep your yapper shut.

That is all.

Because you are breaching telecom terms and conditions. I'll bet anything that there is something along the lines of "you must report all fault to telecom as soon as you find them" in the T&C's

While that could be entertaining we cannot do it - again the Privacy Act prevents us disclosing any personal information to a third party.

Just like when slingshot were not hiding caller id on incoming calls that should be hidden, someone opened their yap on here and they fixed it. Good things should be kept to yourself, otherwise they be found out and fixed.

If repeatedly and knowingly exploiting some else's mistake for personal gain doesn't strike you as immoral, then you should probably be talking to a counsellor before you hurt too many of the people around you.
