Satch: Is there anything still available less than 500MB per month?
My work is currently with Vodafone and I pay $10 per month for 100MB, which does me quite nicely. We are moving over to Telecom shortly, and I thought they did have a 120GB for $12 add on or something similar. Has this now disappeared?

The 20MB, 120MB & 240MB plans are still avliable as bolt ons to your mobile phone plan, i.e if you have a One Rate 100 you can have a 120MB bolt on for $12
nitrotech: Will people on a current mobile bb 1gb plan automatically be upgraded to the new plan? eg 2gb and $5 per month cheaper.
People will not be auto migrated but you can request to go to the new plans, or you will automatically get them if you get a new connection and a new card

Why don't they offer the cheaper rates to customers without a fixed line broadband connection?? After all, they are generally the people who can't get a fixed line (e.g rural customers) and rely on mobile broadband. They are punishing the same customers over again.
Because that seems to be the typical phone company way of thinking. TelstraClear's doing something similar; putting ADSL2+ equipment into exchanges that already have it, and ignoring ones that don't.
