tardtasticx:
8d52797c436: There was a slice in a major cable in Sydney last Thursday, which could be still affecting international traffic rates.

Do you have any idea when this will be getting fixed?

I'm not sure to be honest, but there were a few links here in the forums to sites about it, although a quick google didnt show anything up.

damn... that blows, and I called telecom again like, a few mins ago, lady on the phone said "ok sir, I have checked the stats on your modem, and its showing your connect rate is 27MegaBytes per second download, and 10megabytes per second upload. Your traffic isnt managed either so there isnt much we can do I'm afraid." "ok" (<-- me) "Ok sir, thanks for choosing Telecom broadband and have a great day". Yep, I give myself a pat on the back for choosing them... lol
