I needed to use my free white t stick from the promo maybe a year ago and it automatically gave me the free gb so all good from me Telecom!!!

The extra 1GB applies to ANY 500mb prepaid data plan either new or existing.

eXDee: this is handy, as i just set up a mate with a t-stick + win8 virtual AP so he can play PS3 online.
unfortunately his exchange is full so he can't get ADSL.

i've heard of telecom providing a free t-stick or free data on them for a period of time when in this situatino, too bad he didnt get offered that :(


Oh god, gaming on 3g... My experience (which goes so far as playing CS on a tstick) shows that it's a waste of time, huge lag

IIRC During November existing customers I think get another 1GB; found that out online when I logged into using the PDA portal to see how much data allowance I had left.

BTW, had an awesome time down in Christchurch with the XT Network - blazing along at 300-400KB/s without any problems :)
