Just to make things more confusing, I cant connect on telstraclear cable but can on my mobile.

It's quite a difficult fault to find the issue with, it seems to be reasonably obscure.

I was involved earlier around the cache farm but not since that was discounted so not sure where investigation is at now.

If i hear more I will update here.

Now that is very interesting, so its more than one provider...
So you cant access www.tvnz.co.nz from a TCL broadband connection? Just making sure i have right.

Sorry are you saying you get the same fault on an XT connection?

@qraider, are you able to do a tcptraceroute at all?

Was working fine on xnet when I was at work earlier

Back at work, and thought I would have a look at tvnz.co.nz but it does not work here either.

The works IP resolves to, global-gateway.net.nz if its any help.

It's a TVNZ problem. I was informed by them last night "Hi the teams have just isolated the issue. It was an upstream provider. Fix being worked on should be sorted by AM"
