Do you tomorrow Friday or tomorrow Saturday (cause your post was late Thursday), plus I cannot find anything on their site yet.

Remember that Telecom DID have a special at the end of last year, where is you signed up for 24 months (I think) on a certain plan (200MB?) or higher, you got the data card plus a WLAN card for free.

But there 400MB for $99 is pretty poor in comparison to Vodafone, especially when there network is much faster and data caps are reached much quicker.

Here's hoping its today!

Here is the page:

http://www.telecom.co.nz/content/0,8748,202032-201931,00.html

note - it says 0.50+GST per MB, but in the Terms and Conditions it says $0.50+GST each 10kB!!!!!!

Also read the terms and conditions, there is a note about no VOIP allowed!  Anyone know if they block the ports? I think I will sign up to this, I will post any news if I do.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that current mobile broadband customers are not automatically upgraded to this plan. Having to pay to cancel current contracts etc, that's ludicrous

Blocking VoIP ports is virtually impossible without implimenting large scale port blocking. While the default port for SIP is 5060 this can be anything you like and RTP ports for audio are typically anywhere between 10000-20000.

Best to ask 123 or your local dealer, Data tier levels have changed from the release of 580 Air card (T3G Aircard), for example when MBB (Mobile Broad Band) 1st came out with the 100MB plan, this use to be tier 3 plan, but is now a tier 2. If you signed up when the plan was tier 3 then your still pay tier 3 disconnection fees as per you TMSA (Telecom Mobile Service Agreement).
