plambrechtsen:

If you wanted to check via your mobile using the reduced "mobile browser aware version" you go to:
http://m.telecom.co.nz/yourtelecom

I'm now getting a System is unavailable message from the above site.

This a 4S on XT via 3G.

plambrechtsen; It looks like the problem with the password reset icon link is to do with the new builds of Opera 12. I just retested with IE8, FF Auroa and Chrome 17 and they work fine. I'll pass this on to the opera dev team but not too hopeful that they will fix it

Sounds like you have an account issue, PM me your mobile number and I can look into it if you want.

Cool, as you know it's difficult to keep abrest of all the different browsers.  I am pretty sure the only officially supported ones are IE/FF and whatever is running on telecom supplied handsets.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the late response.

Yes we did have an issue with the your Telecom app. We resolved this last night and it should be resolved now. Are you able to retry and let me know if you're still having issues?

Cheers,
Amber Craig

Just ported my number over from Vodafone. Registered and tried to login.

Keep getting message "Sorry, your login was unsuccessful. you have either entered a non-Telecom Mobile number or you have enter incorrect details more than 5 times. Please close the browser and try again in 30 minutes."

This has happened on the first attempt and not five and i have tried to login on both the mobile and my computer.

damn that sucks, would really think telecom would be able to get it working.
Would be nice if they could also provide data and credit remaining via flash messages like 2degrees

I can't and was told via Telecom support that it only works via mobile data... Is there some way around it? If your on prepaid I'm talking about, obviously you can if your on contract/have a proper telecom account.
