AviZ: your telecom is unmetered and free but yet when there is no money on my phone i cant view it due to not having the funds to do so.

I have a prepaid SIM here with no money on it and I can get to Your Telecom. If you can't then there may be something wrong with your account.

I just tested it on a sim with 0.04 on it and could load YT just fine also.

There isn't really such thing as a "WAP phone these days".

Telecom have zero rated the site, so it doesn't matter how you visit it or on what device.

I can also confirm that to the best of my knowledge this should be working without any credit.

Toggling background data via the power control widget is not that same as turning off mobile data access completely

To turn off data completely in Android:
Settings > Wireless & Network Settings > Mobile Network Settings > Data Enabled

There are various apps that will let you toggle this setting without having to go through the setting screens.
