JarrodM: LivingSkinny/Paul you may want to inform the Warehouse Stationery people that nowhere in the product descriptions on the website does it say the phones are locked like it does on the Dick Smith site.

Maybe they are not locked?

That'd be a bit weird but completely possible.

I can confirm by asking at the local Dick Smith and Warehouse Stationary that they have a bunch of sims, phones and various display material thats arrived in stock, but are waiting on a representative to arrange an in store display before they begin selling them. Both stores asked me if i wanted to buy one and were happy to sell them to me.

I find it interesting that people expect the service to offer the same features as XT, 2D or Vfone, but at a reduced price point. Skinny seem to be positioning themselves in a similar spot to Jetstar or Pacificblue.

I'd welcome them to offer more of their services as add-ons so that we can cut back on the things we don't need or want.

AndrewTD: Nice answer LivingSkinny/Paul.

Yes, I agree thanks LivingSkinny/Paul. The communication on here has been very good, haven't looked on Facebook, etc., to be honest.

You say this like XT is an inferior network? XT is probably the most advanced network in NZ

Incredibly unlikely due to the costs associated with it.

Not currently in the plan I'm afraid but that doesn't mean we never will.
