mort: Hi there,
haven't seen this issue before but try this:
1 - is the device coming up in 'CD' mode under 'My Computer'? if so right click and Eject CD - the t-stick should then go into 'modem' mode and be detected by the software
2 - I'm aware that the ZTE drivers can bind to the first device used - have you used any oher t-sticks on this laptop?

Pizzareno: So I gather from all of this a reinstall is the only option? I have just come across the same problem.
