Any reason this isn't an automatic process, given that I reached month end already?
Not sure I haven't had to renew just yet but from what I've seen and heard there management via the dashboard really needs work and hopefully they make an app for it or add it to their current app
And I haven't tested this but am I correct in saying that when you run out of data you can't even get to the dashboard to manage your account and renew the plan because if so that is just stupid
You can also manage your modem and check your usage via the Huawei HiLink App (which is available from the app stores). This app has the same functions as logging into your modem online via http://192.168.1.254 so it makes tracking easy for you.
You will still be able to visit the Skinny page and login to your dashboard as it is classed as zero-rated traffic (i.e you won't be charged for data). If you have trouble still, you could also login to your dashboard using mobile data on your phone. Or just give us a ring on 0800 4754669 (08004SKINNY)
