Mine does that. But nothing to worry about. After much studying i decided that it was just the vibrating thingee itself making the noise

I just bought a 6255, although it seems to be one of the older ones, and they've not given me the 512mb mmc! Anyone know the likelihood of them swapping the teeny tiny card for the 512mb one if I just take it back and ask them to? Hopefully it won't perform the whole powering off business, as well...

the 'powering off business' is sorted. ask the store you bought it from about the card. I have heard of two recent cases of this.

I am now officially closing this long running thread, at least 25% of the posts must be OT by now!
